An incredible 1950s dress for a vintage lover! This dress was such a joy to wear for my reception. I hate to part with this dress as it’s such a unique piece, but I know that she deserves to dance again.

The fabric is a heavy silky material and lined (plus boning in bodice) so it has a bit of structure. I can’t describe how smooth and soft it is! Also features gorgeous silver and pearl GLASS (not plastic!) beads on the bodice and back detail that sparkle beautifully in the light.

SIZE: There is no size on this dress, but it fit me like a glove. I'm a size UK 8-10 (US 4-6), 36B bust, 68-73 waist, hips NA (flows from the waist).

NOTE: this dress does have straps, but one strap has come undone on one end. If you like, I can have this fixed prior to shipping. OR I can leave it to be worn strapless or have it repaired yourself so it’s tailored to your exact shape/size.

Purchased from Those Were the Days Bridal in Edinburgh (verified vintage). My dressmaker (who specializes in vintage styles) confirmed this I would have been a high-end item due to the quality of the material and how the garment was made.
