The Dress

A custom, Canadian-made dove grey Truvelle dress - The Shannon. This dress usually comes with a different bottom and corset back, and I customized it with a dove grey waterfall skirt and zipper back.

The bodice features beautifully sewn lace with intricate hand-beaded detail, randomly placed so each dress is unique. The bodice is fully boned to give structure and support. The skirt is constructed with 10 yards of hand-draped chiffon, which catches movement perfectly. Skirt has a white underlay.

Had the bodice slightly taken in to fit my upper body. Skirt was taken up - I'm 5'2" and wore 3 inch heels with the dress. Skirt altered to include a small "scoop" train.

Dress could fit a size 6-10 depending on upper body size. Further alterations may be needed to fit body type.

Included Accessories: Off-white ribbon to tie around waist. Plus, I added an off-white ribbon sash to tie around my waist instead (that's the one that shows the big bow detail on the back). Both included with dress.
