I purchased this dress from StillWhite and loved the shimmery movement of the silk and how the ivory flickered more golden in evening lighting. It’s unworn (by me) except for these photos, as I ended up going with something more voluminous.

As you can see from the photos, it's super versatile -- you could pair it with a lace overdress for the ceremony for a regally medieval vibe, then switch to a tiara and long gloves for the reception, as she did. Or wear it as a super chic minimalist ceremony dress, an "old Hollywood" rehearsal dinner dress, or wherever else you'd like to go.

It's also a great variant of the Basque waist trend if, like me, you look better with definition at the natural waist! I loved how the corset had a slight "v" that fell above my belly button, which helped to balance my long torso. In terms of color, the website listing says "champagne" and the tag says "ivory"; I'd imagine it looks more champagne in warm lighting and more ivory in daylight. I loved the pearl pull on the zipper! You can also wear it with or without a thigh slit; it’s zippered, so you can adjust it throughout the day/evening.

This is a timeless style that touches on old Hollywood glamour. The straps sit on the edge of the shoulder to create a beautiful low scoop that really frames the decolletage. The skirt is cut on the bias with a centre back godet to create fullness in the train. The gown is fastened with our signature pearl zip puller. We added an invisible side zip onto the skirt so it can be unzipped to transform the gown - adding a touch of sexiness.”
