Estee Couture, Swan (converts to shorter second dress)

As featured in the New York Times in 2025, meet the dress of your dreams! A truly STUNNING, designer-customized Estee Couture Swan Dress ballgown with the vibe of Oscar de La Renta or Monique Lhuillier at a fraction of the price. It's made with an elegant silk Mikado draped bodice with sculptural bow, creating a one-of-a-kind silhouette. It's finished with a tiered tulle textured skirt that creates an extraordinary regal cathedral-length train. (The train is simply WOW, my guests gasped!) Designer Estee personally customized this gown for me so that its massive train underskirt can be easily removed, creating a playful high-low hem and gorgeous reception dress that's easy to move/dance in — so you're truly getting two couture dresses for the price of one. As a fashion editor for a national publication, I wanted an unforgettable dress that would be breathtaking — this dress delivered beyond my wildest dreams and is absolute magic! It's been professionally dry cleaned and looks new. (The long tulle train has some marks on the underside but will be cleaned before shipping.) NOTE: the waist was taken in to make it a true size 0 (I weigh 98 pounds) and bra cups added. Hemline shortened — I am 5'4" but wore 4" block heels (for a total height of 5'8") and the skirt was still a tad long on me but it's easy to shorten. When train underskirt is removed, the dress becomes tea length in the front with a shorter train in back. The bodice could also be expanded with panels if needed (I don't have extra fabric, but could be sourced.) The back of the bodice dips down slightly into a swan-like dropped waist for a fun detail in the back. The white color of the dress is most accurate on the wedding day photos (the bridal shop try on photo is slightly more ivory than the final custom product and color, which is a warm white rather than ivory).
