Dress is designer size 46 for Italian sizing, but will fit a size 8/10 US. Strapless sweetheart neckline. Beautiful lace detailing. Never been worn or altered. Buttons are included down the back and bodice is lined. Strapless sleeves included that measure 18.5 inches. There is an extra 2cm for waist and an extra 12cm for hips.
