The Dress

Catalina Gown. Sequin embroidered sleeveless top with silk gazaar ball skirt.

Top is embroidered with thousands of tiny white beads front and back. The beading is incredible and gorgeous and the skirt is extremely light weight making it very comfortable. The back of the dress has a large key hole, and the skirt twirls as shown in the picture.

Skirt:
I tried it on as is as the vendor shipped it like this to the trunk show. However, it shipped with a ball skirt and several layers added in ---all which I removed. If you want a bigger skirt, I'm sure you can add additional layers as it came originally like that.
But the images on Moda Operandi are how I tried it on and had altered to be.

Top/Size: I have a DD chest and anyone going wedding dress shopping knows that all dresses come with B cups. That being said, I ordered a much larger size so that I could alter it to fit. The top fits a 34DD chest, and the waist was taken in to fit my waist.

Bustle: I chose not to have a bustle. The seamstress at Saks Fifth Avenue originally put a temporary one so I could see what it looked like, but because of the thin silk gazaar material of the skirt, you would see the hooks/buttons when it was not bustled. We decided to shorten the material and just leave it slightly longer in the back instead of a long train.
