Upon a flat surface, unworn, the waist measures 14 inches across.
This gown is truly stunning. It appears to have light shining on it at all times, as if by magic. Purchased from The Vampire’s Wife final sample sale in London, this dress is unlined and does not have the size label in the skirt area. The seams will be a little rougher than the commercially-available pieces but this is only noticeable inside the dress. Other colours available.

Fabrication detail provided by The Vampire’s Wife website:
Our very fine quality silk lamé is delicate and should be worn with care. The silk threads achieve beautiful dimension, depth of colour and texture, resulting in lamé that is easily snagged. Slight pulls are the character of the fabrication and not considered flaws. We recommend that after each wear any loose threads should be carefully trimmed.
