I bought this dress from the Wedding Shoppe in Royal Oak, Michigan in 2012. This dress has never been worn and all of the original tags are still attached. The dress comes in its original protective garment bag.
I also have a never-been-worn cathedral length veil selling for $400 and would be glad to send pictures if you are interested.
