The Dress

Guys, this is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL custom-made designer dress from Alta Moda Bridal Boutique in Salt Lake City, Utah. Look up that place...the dresses are to die for! I planned on getting married in this dress in 2014. We pushed back our wedding date so I hung onto the dress... but things didn't work out... So now I have this gorgeous wedding dress, but it only reminds me of that relationship, so I'd really love to sell it. I only tried it on one time, in the store, before it was ever altered to fit me perfectly. So it's never been hemmed! I'm 5'8" and was planning on wearing heels, so it'll fit taller or shorter girls. It's also been in a preservation box for two years and it is in PERFECT condition.

It has two layers of fabric- a beautiful, very slightly blush pink/ ivory, satin, which comes with the normal Modern Trousseau "Nila" dress, and then a custom change was done by putting the classic and delicate ivory lace from the Modern Trousseau "Kendra" dress on top of the satin. Also, another custom change was added to make the dress more modest than it normally is. The dress appears ivory when looked at from far away, and only when you're close can you notice the very subtle blush tone underneath. It will look beautiful on anyone, but I was told the slight blush tone looks especially good with blondes. I am 100% getting a wedding dress this same color whenever my wedding day comes! It's classically gorgeous with a little something special.

The fit of this dress will also look amazing on anyone trying to accentuate a small waist. The bodice is a size 4 (wedding dress size... a little different than normal sizing) and the hip was added custom as a size 6. This means for you petite or all-around smaller girls, you can take in the hip a little if you'd like it to hug you tight... and for you girls like me, who might have a little more of a hip or booty, you're covered! I can imagine it would also look beautiful on an all-around size 4 girl, if you want the bottom of the dress to flow nicely away from your body. So there are plenty of options!

Also-- if you're a bride looking for a MODEST dress, this was designed to be just that! The sleeves hit like mid-bicep and the back and front of the gown have a scoop that shows the perfect amount of skin.

No final alterations were made and the dress was never hemmed. Included Accessories
Modern Trousseau "Guinevere" Veil. The color is ivory and it goes along PERFECTLY with the dress. This veil was $500, but I'm including it along with the gown. So whoever buys this, you totally scored.
