Very little alteration to the original, only the following:
- hemmed shorter to suit my height (164cm plus 2.5 inch heels)
- taken in slightly at the hips
Nothing else was altered. The dress was not tight on me and I was able to move freely.
I am a US small, 32B cup, and 26 for jeans (relaxed fit).
