This dress made me feel ethereal and light as air on my wedding day. I got married in July and I was worried about the heat of summer, so I wanted a dress that wasn't too heavy or hot--I stayed cool in this gorgeous dress, thanks to the organza fabric! I loved the large embroidered florals and I chose the Mocha under slip color because the neutral pink went so well with my skin tone--I felt like I glowed!

I had a vision for the dress, so there were some customizations:
- Corset back, which allows for a custom fit on your wedding day (designer made, so this is integral to the dress--much sturdier than an after market alteration)
- Detachable organza "sleeves" (these were custom made by my phenomenal alterations team, but I also have the designer-provided blouson sleeves, which are unworn and unaltered)
- Easy bustle (technically a ballroom bustle, but it is a 3 point bustle, so it was easy to put up!)
- Sturdier bra cups sewn in
- Extra protection at top and bottom of boning (boning is sharp -- when I received the dress from the designer, the boning was poking through the material. No damage was caused to the dress and my alterations team added additional protection to prevent this from happening!)
- Altered to fit a size 13, via my alterations team, HOWEVER, they did not permanently alter any measurement except the length! Please see the alterations section for extremely detailed information. Dress is labeled as a size 16, and it should still fit a size 16, with some potential alterations! (Note: since this is an A-line dress, we did not alter the hip measurement at all!)
