Brand new with tags. Never tried on. Purchased then changed plans and eloped but couldn’t return. Have receipt. Comes with veil and belt (separate. You don’t have to use it). Beautiful and comfortable. Don’t judge by the second picture that’s the photo from off the rack and worn out in the store. Dress is so pretty in person. If you’d like to see more pictures I can take them, I just didn’t any to get the dress out to do so. Veil, belt and dress still in original packaging with tags.
