This is a near perfect condition Danielle Frankel Georgia skirt, took off before the dance floor! It is a size 0 and I measured the waist at 25 inches and the length in the front at 43 inches. We took a few layers of the crinoline out of the skirt so it falls closer to the body! As seen in the photos.
