Never been altered. True manufacturer size 6 but it runs small so size 4 appropriate. Bustles added under train so the dress can be worn with train or tufted bustle which will pull the train up to floor length for dancing and moving around. I will throw in the veil and petticoat (skirt under the dress) to keep the shape for free.
