Boutique Cedar Sample by Halfpenny London // HPL 3 // UK 10-12.

It is a Sample so it hasn't been altered at all so you'll be able to have it altered to you so it fits you like a glove. If you live near Bristol /Bath I can recommend a seasmtress to you.

It is in need of a dry-clean due to some make-up on the inside of the neck. I can give you the details of a specialised Bridal dry-cleaner.

It has a beautiful soft A-linr skirt and looks like liquid when you move. It has a flattering fitted top with ties at the back for some extra coverage.
