Bought this dress off another bride. Cape has tags attached from Casablanca, Allure dress has label from bridal store. Unfortunately was bit too small/I ended up going with something else. Never altered. Open to offers :) willing to sell dress and cape separately.
Dress is slightly off the shoulder, but has super stretchy and comfortable straps that attach to the lace that let you move. The video is of the back of the dress.

NOTE: Cape is more of long wings with a narrow back connecting the two sides, I tried to capture it best. Since the dress is small/I cant zipper all the way it's hard to see the full cape effect, but it is honestly gorgeous! Since the cape is more like sleeves, the size 16 fits me pretty well!
