The Dress

This Art Deco style wedding dress by Jenny Packham is a masterpiece of beauty. With intricate crystal and beading detail in the front and back, it does not sacrifice comfort as the rest of the gown is kept simple in elegant soft silk. A perfect dress for every season as it allows freedom of movement to dance the night away. Original size on the label is 6 (UK size 10) but the gown has been altered for a size 2 and 5'6 frame with 4" heels. The dress color is ivory and has been professionally hand-cleaned and treated against yellowing by a museum grade cleaner worth $1000 in cleaning fees alone to ensure it was handled with uttermost care. The dress comes in a large box folded with tissue and protective fabric as well as a set of white gloves for safe handling. Inside the box, I also included a pouch containing spare beads in case of further alterations. I thought to keep the dress at first, hence such thorough cleaning and the box, but decided it was too beautiful to keep hidden away after just one day. I hope this dress will make some bride happy :)
