I absolutely adore this dress. It was gently worn and in near perfect condition. It was dry cleaned immediately after the wedding.
I had minimal alterations, including roughly a 1/2 inch taken in at the bust so that the lace would lie flat on my back. I wore "sticky cups" in the bust more for my comfort, but the internal structure is sufficient without any additional support (this is coming from someone with a C/D cup). This is important because you want to show off the beautiful lace back without having any straps.
