About the Dress

***I’m not looking to make any money by ‘selling’ this dress, I just put $25 for now because I don’t know how much the shipping would actually cost. Optimally, if you can send me a shipping label for it I could just pack it up and send to you.
If it would be possible to cover the $25 fee that’s associated with listing the dress on here that would be ideal, but as someone who recently had their job cut myself I can completely empathize if you are struggling financially and then you can consider that $25 fee an early wedding present.

This was my dream dress, I bought it already pre-owned and worn once by a beautiful bride in Australia. She sent it dry cleaned and without a single mark, and I don’t believe that there are any new marks/stains but I haven’t had it dry cleaned myself because $ (the wedding was just a few days ago, so it’s not at all musky or anything like that).

Too good to be true? Please note that the height of this dress is 5’1”. (I am 4’11” and wore 2 inch heels with it.)
It felt so challenging to find a dress that was proportionate for a petite frame, so I simply want to share that love (and hopefully relieve that stress) for another bride.

The dress is not necessarily flawless because the prior bride had some bra padding added to the chest that seemed to shift upward at some point during my wedding night. It’s not dramatically noticeable, but I would recommend either having them removed or somehow re-adjusted/set just to ensure all your wedding photos would be flawless. (I’ll add a photo that shows what I’m referring to and indicate that ‘flaw’ in red).

I have large back tattoos and the dress is lined enough that they did not show through. I don’t have the official photos back yet but I can send you candid photos that show whatever you’re looking to see if available

I also have an unused veil that I bought off Etsy if you would like that as well. I just ended up going with a more minimalist look in the end.

Paid $700+ for the used dress and $100+ for the veil so I’m sure you’d be able to make some money off it but would prefer for it to go to someone who is able to use it themselves (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1853772786/?ref=share_ios_native_control)

Alterations

It was custom (according to the original bride) who was my size at the time, but I ended up gaining weight after medical issues/surgery shortly before the wedding so I had it let out a little bit in order to still fit.

I also had a bustle added to hold up the train for dancing. There are 5 spots where it connects to the dress so it looks like the style is called an “American bustle”.
