About the Dress

FAIRY TALE IN A DRESS! Unbelievably gorgeous!
Worn once for a two-hour ceremony/photos. Professionally cleaned and beautifully boxed for preservation. I have NOT opened the box since it was preserved. You will receive it in the preserved box.

Dress is labeled size 14 (about a street size US 8/10), which the size guide says was originally Bust 39, Waist 31, Hips 39.5. I am smaller and had it altered to about a US size 6. See alterations descriptions below.

Because the back is open, it is a very forgiving design which can accommodate a range of chest sizes. Also extremely comfortable dress. No need for a bra as cup liners were added.

The dress is a lovely ivory, with a "nude/blush" (a slightly pinkish nude) colored underlayer. The dress is completely lined and has a modest "chapel" train.

Alterations

Chest was taken in only slightly to fit size 36B/C with cup liners added so that no bra is needed. Waist was taken in to fit size 28 inch waist. Length was shortened. I am 5'6 and wore 2 inch heels. Bustle was added to the back.
