The Dress

This is a beautiful and graceful ball gown that truly made me look and feel like a princess! The skirt is multi-layered with net to create a stunning ball gown effect. The delicate lace bodice has a sheer net yoke and plunging front neckline to balance the artfully decorated back yoke. It has only been worn once for a four hour wedding. It has no marks or stains and it has been dry cleaned. I'm deeply in love with this dress, but I'm moving and cannot store it.

The material up close is stunning, with subtle flower decor. The color is ivory/ lt. gold and had a wonderful antique yet modern look to it. I will also include an underskirt (an extra $60 value) that helps to give the dress such a great shape and keeps the material away from the legs to keep them cool and easier for walking.

This dress also comes with five small hooks around the belt that match up to small threaded loops so the train can be bustled up in the back for the reception. I found it very easy to bustle and it looked really great in the back. The buttons were pretty easy for my bridesmaids to do up and I loved the whole bodice look. The dress was surprisingly fun and easy to dance in. I've never been a big dress girl and I was nervous about such a big skirt and train. I even bought a separate dress to change into for the reception, but I fell in love with wearing this dress and I didn't want to take it off! I seriously had a rediculous amount of compliments on this dress, by far the best feature of my wedding. I wish there was an excuse to wear this again, but alas, I don't have the room to store it. It would make me very happy to pass this beautiful dress along to someone else who would find this much joy in it. It really was the happiest day of my life and the dress was certainly a big part of it!
