I had the gown bustled for $100. No other alterations were necessary. I had the gown preserved for $100 (it's currently in a box in cellophane). When my wedding was done in May the gown had a few spots from dirt from the outdoor wedding. But they should be gone from sending it in to be cleaned and preserved. No tears were present when I sent in to be cleaned and preserved.
Originally paid $500 for the gown itself.
