Make me an offer! I wore this By Watters mini dress for the last hour of my wedding reception. My MOH drunkenly cut my ribbon so the attachable bow can be included but it has been cut shorter. Additionally the clasp for the top of the zipper is warped, but this would be easily fixable. Feel free to make me an offer, I am never going to wear this again! If you are on Long Island you may also come try it on and see it in person.
