About the Dress

*MAYA GOWN COMES WITH VEIL, PROOF OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE EMAIL FROM GALIA LAHAV MIAMI, ORIGINAL Galia Lahav HANGING BAG, Galia Lahav HANGER

This Galia Lahav Maya wedding GOWN size 0-2 AND VEIL first worn in 2024 after being purchased directly from Galia Lahav according to the bride’s measurements in late 2023. The original bride only wore the gown AND VEIL for a short wedding ceremony/celebration at a local restaurant.
I purchased this February 4, 2025 for $5,800 and wore the wedding dress late February. It was worn briefly for a courthouse wedding then for approximately 2 hours at a short photoshoot on a cool day - no party.

The dress and VEIL is in excellent condition. I have inspected it and have not observed noticeable stains, scents, tears, or damage. It was cleaned and is ready for the next bride.

The dress was altered by Galia Lahav for original bride and an optional bustle was added for dancing.

I priced this much lower than the other Galia Lahav MAYA dresses and VEIL to sell it fast at the best price. The condition and quality is excellent.

You benefit from my discounted purchase price and the very minimal wear on the gown and veil. I benefit by not wasting time to try to get top dollar. I was able to wear my dream wedding gown at a great price and it was worth it!! I don’t feel like waiting many months to get the price I paid.

Again, the condition is excellent and it was recently sold by Galia Lahav to the original owner. It is has the original design sheer panels as per Galia Lahav, but can be altered by your dressmaker to be less sheer easily.

WILL IT FIT YOU? (PLEASE READ UNTIL END):

ORIGINAL BRIDE’S SIZE:
The original bride was a size 0/2, and weighed 112-115 when she wore it. Her measurements were 32-34 A/B bust, 25 waist, and 35 hips. She is 5’2” and wore 4.5” platform heels.

MY a SIZE:
I am a solid size 0, weigh 105-107 and wore it with ZERO alterations. My measurements are 32AA bust, 26 waist, and 33 hips.
I had extra room, especially in the bust and even in the waist, but in no way did I need alterations. I am 5’2” and wore 5 inch platform heels.

SO, WILL THIS FIT YOU?

HEIGHT: The dress was hitting the floor on me, at 5’2” with 5 inch heels and I believe a bride and with a couple of inches more in height would be good with the same 5 inch heel height.
BUST: A range of 30-32 AA/A/B should be good. Definitely a B maybe a C only If you remove the size-booster inserts and replace them with regular liners for the sheer bust, it should easily fit any B cup or possibly a small C.

WAIST: 27 natural waist or smaller

HIPS: 36 or smaller
If you’re smaller/shorter than the upper range of these numbers the dress should fit you. Of course, if you’re smaller/shorter you might choose have some alterations to shorten from the seam where the mermaid flare starts, or for a more fitted look, but you can use my measurements and the previous bride’s measurements as a guide as to whether the dress is workable for you and not too tight.
