The Own Studio, Custom Made

The dress is a bespoke design from The Own Studio.

It is made of silk, with two layers of chiffon across the whole dress for a floaty, ethereal look. The bust was pleated by hand which goes all the way round the body so the detailing at the back of the dress is also really beautiful.

The sleeves cinch in at two points to create a really beautiful puff detail. The band across the wrist is elasticated so you can either have a slightly bell-shape sleeve, or push the sleeves further up.

The back of the dress has a sash falling from the top of the bodice which is very versatile. I chose to just have the sash floating behind instead of a veil and tied it in a bow after the ceremony for a slightly different look.

The dress has a wrist loop on the inside hem.

The train is mid-length (please see photos for reference).

As this is bespoke it’s not a standard size, please contact me if you would like any additional measurements. I’m between a UK 8/10.

I'm 157cm and wore 8.5cm heels.

Very good used condition: The dress is in extremely good condition (as it was not worn in the evening). There are a few very, very minor marks around the train hem (only visible extremely close up).

There is a mark INSIDE the dress which was caused by the dry cleaners when the dress was cleaned. Thankfully, it is not visible from the outside, or while worn. Please contact me if you would like more information or photos.
