About the Dress

This Amsale gown is the epitome of elegance and happily-ever-after. Crafted from luxurious Italian Double Face Duchess Satin, it has a crisp luxurious structure yet flows beautifully as you move, making it perfect for a fairytale wedding. The classic silhouette has a clean, defined waist, hint of shaping above the bust for a more flattering take on the square neckline, and beautifully tapered straps that perfectly descend into the low back to create a timeless allure that is both sophisticated and stylish. The asymmetrical bow covering the closure at the back was one of my favorite accents, without feeling too whimsical. This gown was made-to-order for a slightly larger cup size and with covered buttons descending down the back to the end of the train.

There were no spills, trips or tears only a bit of a dirty hem which I had professionally dry cleaned at a shop named in Boston Magazine for their care. I was lucky to fit into this size as it was shipped so the construction and interior of the dress is completely preserved, should you need to make alterations you would be the first.

As I walked down the aisle in this stunning white gown, I felt truly beautiful and confident. The straps had the right amount of support for my larger bust without digging in whatsoever for comfort all night long, allowing you to dance the night away with ease. The French-style bustle moved beautifully for dancing as you can see in the video. I loved this style bustle, as you can still see the beautiful covered buttons down the back and folds of lush satin.
