La Violette is a recent design in Jane Hill's "white" collection, this gown was made for me in February and March this year for my wedding in April 2016.

A heavenly dress that was so easy and comfortable to wear. It has been lovingly looked after as you will see in the photos - always pulled up when walking and bustled when dancing.

The dress is 100% silk. The ivory lace has been lovingly hand cut out by Jazz and her team, and the silk lining is the new Violette colour called 'whisper pink' - it's a bit of a blend of a latte and soft pink.

The dress is zipped up the back with perfect little decorative buttons featuring along it. The dress has a train, easily bustled or you can use the bracelet loops attached to both the lace and lining. We were married on a glorious 27 degree day in Echuca and the dress kept lovely and cool.

It's a size 10/12 top, and with a size bottom as I've a bit of booty! I'm often self conscious of my shape but I felt like a goddess in this.
At the time of the wedding I was a size 10-12DD in the bust.
I'm 5'7 and wore 2 inch heels on the day.

I've had it professionally dry cleaned by Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners and they raved about the condition it was in.

The look I was going for was 'effortlessly cool' - I'm not sure if I nailed it but it's a really classic romantic gown. The gown has stolen a big chunk of my heart and I'm so sad to sell it on, but I hope it will go to a beautiful new bride and make her day as special as it made mine. It was the best day of my life.
