This is a custom version of the galaxy cape gown - the custom features are as follows:

1. Both the dress and gown were made in Vivienne Westwood's heavy silk satin, which gives the dress an elevated and extremely luxurious look to it, rather than the standard off the rack pearl white FSC-certified crepe satin. This is the same fabric that was used for Georgia Fowler's custom VW galaxy cape gown (it is the exact same dress)!
2. The dress includes custom detachable Vivienne Westwood sleeves, allowing for multiple looks throughout your wedding day, especially when combined with the cape! I wore both the sleeves and cape for the ceremony and then removed the sleeves for the reception. This custom Vivienne Westwood dress is truly breathtaking - it is sexy while remaining timeless and elegant. I am very sad to part with it!

The dress was professionally dry cleaned and in great condition. There are a few minor marks at the bottom of the dress (mostly inside) and cape. Very slight discoloration along the very bottom of the dress. All minor and not/hardly noticeable when worn. Happy to send additional photos to interested buyers.

Original dust bag included. Photo of receipt can also be provided.

Alterations

The dress was ordered in a UK8 and the corset was taken in to be closer to a UK6
For reference, I am a true US size 2/XS; however, due to the style of this particular Vivienne Westwood dress, it was recommended that the dress be made in a UK8 to allow for a looser fit of the skirt and the corset be taken in for a more snatched look
The heavy silk satin allows the corset to maintain an effortless look, compared to other versions of the dress / other corsets which sometimes look a bit suffocating in my opinion!
The dressed was hemmed slightly in the front; however, the hem can be taken down
I am 5"7 and wore 3.5" heels
