About the Dress

A romantic mermaid-style gown brides adore featuring a draped V-neckline, accentuated trumpet-shaped skirt, and ruched back detail. Made in delicately embroidered lace with three-dimensional flowers in blush and ivory, complemented by detachable shoulder bows. Inspired by the intersection of reality and fantasy, the G-104 design combines soft volume with Galia Lahav’s trademark glamour.

Purchased from Browns Bridal London in shade blush. The dress sizing must come up very small as I am usually a UK 6/8 dress size. I wore the dress only for the ceremony and reception, I then changed into a second dress. The dress has bra cups attached so no need for a bra, and a bodysuit inside. This really was the most comfortable wedding dress. It flatters in all the right places and the material has a good amount of stretch to it so not many alterations were needed. The alterations were made by Browns bridal and they did add a very discreet bussle but I do not have any photos as I didn’t end up using it. Comes with Galia Lahav hanger and GL dress cover. Alterations

I had minor alterations made to the dress. It was taken up slightly on my shoulders to lift at the bust. The length was altered so that it just skimmed the floor when I wore a 10.5cm heel (Amina Muaddi Gilda slipper). I am [removed]cm) tall
