Dress is in good condition with some minor flaws, mainly the hem line of the dress which despite being dry cleaned has got stains that remain. Can send close up pictures. I am 169cm in height (and wore 6cm heels with the dress) and whoever purchases the dress would need to cut off about 2-3cm from the bottom of the hem to ensure that the stains were cut off and not showing. This is reflected in the asking price!
