Purchased new in Boulder, worn once for a few hours , then it was professionally preserved and stored for 20 years. Just had it dry cleaned to get wrinkles out, receipt in pic.
Cream colored dress has empire waist with brocade just underneath bodice, with slightly longer train. There are tie-ups inside to shorten train if desired. Heavy material, no internal support required for dress to hang well (no petticoats etc) .
Wore with a short slip and short heels and was easy to move around in and very comfortable. We were in mountains ( Estes Park is at entrance to rocky mountain national park) so weather was cool yet comfortable, colorado has very low humidity . Most importantly, my 20+
year marriage is strong, loving and resilient, so this dress may have magical properties!
