The Dress

If it was appropriate to wear a wedding dress in public every day I would do so with this dress. It kills me to let it go, but I know it would kill me more knowing that my dress would never be wore again. It fit so conformably, and people till this day still compliment me on the simplicity and class that this dress represented. The satin is a dream and feels so soft. The dress originally didn't come with a belt so i found the perfect belt to compliment the simplicity (the belt was an expensive add but was the perfect amount of bling). The belt was attached to the dress to eliminate the movement of the position where the belt landed perfectly, and so that there wouldn't have to be a bow in the back that would hide the stunning satined buttoned back detail. There is a zipper in the back so it looks amazing with the buttons but doesn't give the difficulty.

This was my dream dress, and I would love nothing more then for it to find a new home where it can become the dream dress for another lucky woman.

I only had to have the dress altered a bit at top so that it would fit snug at the top. They had to alter the bottom. They left about 4 inches of material at the bottom so that it could be let out again if needed. I was told by the alterations department that this dress is perfect for letting out and taking in.

Note: Dress has been dry-cleaned and taken care of right after the wedding. It was folded nicely and placed in a box that had a viewable window. It was only worn once in early February 2016. :)
