Items purchased through StillWhite and meeting the following criteria are eligible for return:
- Item(s) must be postmarked within 4 days of delivery date
- You must either request a return label from us, or provide tracking and proof of insurance.
- Item(s) must be returned in identical condition, with all tags attached and accessories included
- Item(s) may not be altered in any way

Within 2 days of receiving return, Amalie Brides will inspect and issue a PayPal refund minus:
- 7.5% restocking fee. This fee covers a gown's time out of inventory, as well as our time and expenses to inspect, re-list, re-market, and re-package a returned gown.
