About the Dress

I knew I wanted a black dress before we started shopping and believe it or not, this was the first dress I tried on. I fell in love with it and knew it was the one right away. I would love for someone else to feel the magic! The sleeves are peek-a-boo so they are fitted lace underneath the flowy sleeves. (One of my favorite parts) You can kind of see it in the photo where I'm sitting on the couch. If you look at that same picture, you can see little sequins on the train that make the dress sparkle. It was comfortable to wear all day. I was able to pull it up over my hips to use the bathroom. Feel free to ask any additional questions!

P.s. I wear a size 14 in jeans. My bra size is a 38DD. I am about 5'7" and wore a 1.5" heel with my dress.

Alterations

Added button bustle, the bottom was hemmed up about a 1/2 inch. The buttoned cuff on the sleeves were a little loose, so we tightened those up. We brought in the bust area just a little bit. Added additional buttons/snaps for the detachable sleeves.
