Alena Leena, Freesia

Beautiful Alena Leena Freesia gown which is a current style. It is a crepe fabric and had a minor customization to make the straps slightly thicker than standard.

It is a fitted design with a structured bodice and built in bra which is very flattering. The sleeves are detachable so I wore them for the ceremony and photos and then removed them for the remainder of the night.

The dress is a size 8 with (size 10 cups in the bodice) which has had minor alterations as detailed below. My measurements:
Bust - 83cm (usually a C cup)
Waist - 66cm
Hips - 91cm
Height - 170cm + 8cm shoes
I am usually a standard size 8 to 10 in clothing.

The dress was comfortable all day, the dress is also easy to walk in and isn’t too heavy.

The dress has been dry cleaned immediately after the wedding, some small stains remain on the very bottom and underside of the train.

Dress was purchased for $4,500 from the Veil Collective in Brisbane. Alterations were an additional $500.

Alterations
The dress was shortened slightly and the hips let out 1cm as I didn’t want it to be too fitted. I have included my measurements above to assist with sizing. If a skin tight fit is desired it could be brought back in.

There has also been a 4-point bustle added to the dress. I can provide photos of the dress bustled if desired.
