It has a fitted and ribbed bodice with semi-sheer tulle skirt (comes with a nude bodysuit/pettycoat that I've had altered for my height) with chiffon ribbon sleeves and a jewelled 'belt' around the waist. Dry-cleaned, perfect condition.
