Purchased and worn off-the-rack once for an engagement shoot for an hour (no alterations needed). It's the most gorgeous dress with beautiful draping for movement and romantic lace trim details. The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned from Jeeves for $300 on the Upper East Side and the dress will come wrapped as in the photo (I only unwrapped it to take the video/photo for this listing). It would also be a great option for a reception dress!

This material is very delicate (as are most Danielle Frankel silk pieces), and with the nature of the fabric, there are a few small pills but they are barely noticeable. One thing I want to note is that the fabric near the bottom of the back zipper opened up a bit, but there is actually fabric underneath and this doesn't impact on the functionality or appearance of the dress since there's a piece of the dress specifically designed to be snapped over it (please view the latter portion of the attached video). It's an exclusive from Net-a-porter, so I have the Net-a-porter dust bag that came with it.
