Essense of Australia dress, worn once. No stains at all thanks to a wonderful dry cleaner. The invisible mesh on the chest, back and sides holds in place pearls and small beads. On the front the mesh goes up to the collar bones, but follows the V line on the back so you'll have plenty of back exposed. A hand loop is in place underneath for walking around, and can be tied so the dress tucks under for dancing.

I'm 172cm and wore 8.5cm heels on the day, which peeped through when I walked. The train isn't too long - about 1m when standing - and isn't as wide as some dresses. It's glamorous but well suited to a practical bride who doesn't like too much fabric floating around!

Note 10 beads are missing on the left hand side under the armpit - these came off in the shop, but the atelier has fixed them in place to avoid further bead loss.

I recommend investing in a clothes steamer for a final once-over of any wrinkles on the day.
