The Dress

If classy, elegant, glamorous, unique, and sexy (just the right amount of appropriately sexy) is what you're looking for, this is your dress!
The low back with lace trim was the "sexy" part. It gathers in the back with a rouging over the behind that draws attention to a very flattering rump. :-) The lace is perfect, very elegant and soft, not like like some laces I've seen that look more like a tablecloth. The train is gorgeous and easily bustles for your big first dance. It's fitting around the waste and behind and the open back gives it added flexibility. The neckline is a sort of sweetheart/V neck with beautiful rhinestone spaghetti straps that avoid the fidgeting strapless dresses can cause. It draws beautiful attention to the collar bone, neckline, and bust.
The dress is light and comfortable, easy to dance in and comfortable enough to eat. :-)
I tried on nearly 100 dresses before I found my dream dress and this was it!
I received more compliments on my dress than I ever could have imagined and it felt incredible. It made my confidence and happiness that day even stronger. I can't wait to share this feeling with another bride-to-be!

I used an EXCELLENT seamstress from the place I purchased the gown directly. She was very talented! From the time I purchased the dress to the day I wore it, I did lose a lot of weight. On the wedding day, I was a size 6 street size dress. I have bigger hips compared to my waistline, so they took in much less on the hips. The majority of alteration was taken in around the waste. They also took it in around the breasts, but they added nice breast cups for just a little pushup cleavage too. The very low open back allows for fit flexibility too. The measurements I listed here on the listing are those of the starting measurements of the dress, before it was altered.
