The Dress

I love this Charlie gown by Danielle Frankel, made from fluid wool and silk-blend charmeuse. Raised cowl neck, bias cut silk wool sleeveless gown. Open back with draped accent. I fall between sizes 2-4 normally and this dress fit perfectly. Worn once on my wedding day. Dry cleaned at a specialty professional dry cleaning service for wedding dresses. There are a few very minor snags and stains but this is reflected in the price. I have many more photos of the current condition and wedding day so please message me if you’d like to see more.

Alterations

The gown has been slightly altered for my height (mostly in the bottom front, a tiny bit of the train too). I am 5.5” and wore 2.5” heels. The back cowl has also been raised slightly to fall at the ideal spot. A small simple loop has been added to the inside of the train to allow it to be bustled (see third photo) or held on my wrist.
