This dress fit me perfectly off the rack with no alterations. I am 5’9” and wore Vans sneakers and it grazed the ground. My favorite thing about this dress is the pockets, which I held tiny charms from my best friends in during the ceremony. I wore this dress in May, in Texas, and was not overly hot. The buttons were the only part that gave us any trouble and unfortunately the top button did come loose and is missing. I am confident it would be easy to replace. There is also a very small hole in the very bottom of the tulle at the back of the dress, where a guest stood too close to me and stepped on it. It is not noticeable at all when you are wearing the dress. Overall, the dress was worn for about 4 hours and has no stains or odors. I will miss it, but I don’t have room in my closet for it.
