The Dress

This dress ($3300 Original Price) is an ivory to light blush ombre with thousands of hand sewn organza flowerettes covering the bottom half. Boning is in tact and is adorned with a ruched organza bodice. Crystal and pearl David Tutera sash ($400 original price) has been sewn into the dress, but can easily be removed if need be. Belt is made with a sheer material so that the ombre on the dress is not obstructed. Designer Photo shows model wearing a light greyish purple sash, which I did not wear but will send with the dress. Dress was bought at a private trunk show, so as far as the designer told me there is only one sample dress and one other replica of this dress existing.

The dress is a US 8, but has been taken out slightly to accommodate a street size 9. (I wear anywhere from a 7 to a 9 and am a 34D, 5'6"). Although it wasn't necessary I chose to wear a bra with the dress so there is a spot sewn on the dresses interior to accommodate incorporating a bra without it slipping. The dress also contains five loops that are not visible to accommodate a French Bustle, but this can be altered without damaging the dress if you want a different style. At the ceremony I wore the train down to show off the ombre and more ivory shades, and at the reception I wore the French bustle to reveal more pink fabric instead of ivory.
