The Dress is an original Maggie Sottero Camden A3622, This Beautiful Dress was my dream come true, i was searching for months to find this type of design in a Lace dress as most of the styles at the moment are a mermaid style.
I purchased the dress for $7000 and also had it slightly altered to fit my body shape at Raffaele Ciuca which is where i purchased the dress from, i was given the option to have the halter neck strap attached but i chose not too and still have the strap.

The Alterations which occurred was the dress slightly being taken in from the bust line to just above the waste
