MONIQUE LHUILLIER DRESS
I wore this romantic blush gown at my wedding in March 2016. I adore my magical 'Candy' Monique Lhuillier gown in blush. I have quite a fair complexion and found this colour much more flattering and romantic than the traditional white.
This dress has a magnificent beaded embroidered tulle corset bodice with gorgeous unique detailing which swirls around the bodice and cascades down the A-line skirt. To finish, a grosgrain ribbon is tied around the waist.
I wore simple vintage diamond studs in my ears and a matching blush veil. The dress is so detailed that it needs little accessorizing - I left my neck bare. My bridesmaids wore long, soft pink Jim Hjelm gowns that bought out the gentle blush hue in the dress.
The dress is in perfect condition and has been dry-cleaned.
It has been slightly shortened to better enable dancing.
