The Dress
One off magical Phillipa Lepley couture wedding gown, designed by Phillipa herself with the bodice hand crafted by Phillipa. The design sketch is also available.
Phillipa's signature is of understated elegance, balance and sophistication, using the most luxurious fabrics, Phillipa loves ‘only the best’ and this beautiful wedding gown embodies all of that.
The dress has an internal corset which ensures an amazing waist and a perfect fit. At the back, the gown fastens over the corset with satin and padded buttons above the waist and a hidden zip below the waist. The train of the dress hooks up into the back of the waist to create a gorgeous 'bunny ears' effect. I am 5 foot 7 and wore Gina court shoes with a 100mm heel.
The dress is in excellent condition, I did not wear it for the 'party' of the wedding. There are the usual marks on the hem from wearing, which would be no problem for a dry cleaner to rectify.
I also have a custom made Phillipa Lepley veil worn with the dress which cost £1,050 which I wore for no more than one hour. For sale for £250. VEIL SOLD
Both the dress and the veil were professionally packed by Phillipa Lepley into a custom made decorative box at a cost of £600. The travel bag is also included.
