The moment I tried this dress on I fell in love with it and bought it on the spot. Very sadly, I’ve come to accept that it just doesn’t suit my venue and the rest of my wedding. I’m gutted but have accepted I need to go with a different dress - now I just need to find a new home for this one. It’s a dreamy and romantic dress made of chantilly lace, which has a subtle floral pattern. There are also some very subtle sparkles on the bodice which catch the light in a beautiful way. The skirt is made of three layers which I’ve tried to capture in the photos - there’s a champagne/pale nude layer underneath and then white on top of that so it gives an overall impression of ivory. The neckline of the dress itself is straight but the detachable ruffle gives a Bardot/off-the-shoulder effect. The label is US size 8 which equates to a UK 12. I am a very standard UK 12 and it fits me perfectly. There have been NO ALTERATIONS made to this dress so you would have the option of taking it in up to a couple of sizes/making any other tweaks to it as you please. This was a sample dress and has not been worn apart from trying on a total of three times. I bought it for £900 in a sample sale but the original retail price was £1733. Priced here at for a quick sale as weddings are expensive and I need some money back ASAP! I’ve also got a veil I didn’t use and will include that for free.
