MONIQUE LHUILLIER "MOLLY GOWN"

The Monique Lhuillier "Molly Gown" - modelled on the stunning Sunday Rose Gown. Molly boasts a dropped, fit to flared waist finishing on a diagonal angle below the hips with the beautiful and infamous 'Sunday Rose' detailling at the base.

Molly is one of the most impressive gowns on the market and is an exclusive style designed and produced for the Monique Lhuillier Flagship salons. The dress features a stunning sweet-heart neckline, wrapping over-lapping organza in a diagonal angle to the waist with the dramatic Sunday Rose flared skirt. The skirt is lined with many layers of silk petticoats to give the dramatic effect. The back dips into an elegant v-shape. The dress is fitted with internal bust cups, please note I had the sides taken in at the bust to give me a good fit.

The fabric of the gown is silk-faced organza which is a silkier, richer, slightly more reflective/shinier type of organza. It is really quite exquisite!

The gown took about 4 months to make and was purchased at the LA flagship store. (The photos on the mannequin were taken in the Monique Lhuillier store in L.A.)
