I'm in a bit of a predicament. I can no longer wear this gown with beading, illusion backing and detachable extended train which is what initially drew me to this dress. I ordered the dress January 24, 2016 and it is scheduled to arrive at the Winnie Couture Dallas Flagship on July 24, 2016 in a size 10 (ordered to my largest measurement, hips @ 41"). My height is 5'6" and the dress is ordered for 5'6" with 4" heels leaving lots of room for alterations. The store has a no return/no exchange policy because I would just exchange for another dress.
The retail price is $3689 not including taxes I paid. The price is negotiable for serious buyers.
