This dress has never been worn and has no alterations. My husband and I decided to elope instead of have a traditional wedding ceremony. Also includes with this dress is a sparkling under skirt. My original intention was to have the sparkling skirt sewn in so the dress would have a sparkling effect. The skirt is optional. Price includes the skirt. Without the skirt, it is negotiable.
