The Dress

The perfect 2 in 1 dress that honestly made me feel like a princess all day! With removable sleeves, you have an option for day and night, which is so handy. It's super lightweight at the bottom and has stunning corsetry at the top. It really is the dream dress - I felt like a model from a Vogue Bridal Magazine!

Alterations: I did have the dress altered to include;

- Fluted sleeves (honestly MAKES the dress - it's so much classier)
- Cups - I also asked the seamstress to add cups into the corset as my bust is on the smaller side (these are nude so they can't be seen and blend seamlessly)
- A hidden elasticated waistband at the base of the corset to help keep the dress in place all day. Like all strapless dresses, I felt like I was constantly lifting it up, so to fix this, we added the elasticated waistband which meant I could dance with my hands in the air, with absolutely no concerns the dress would come down.
- Two loops at the base of the dress to help scoop up the hem for walking/dancing (these are hidden, but so so handy!!)

Signs of Wear:

The dress has only been worn once and is in near-perfect condition. The underskirt (which is hidden) has some very small marks but on the whole, it's pristine. There is also one tiny hole in one of the layers of tulle, which is almost impossible to see (I've included two photos, one close up and one from afar to show this).

The Armeria gown features a delicate crinoline bustier, and the corset is finished with a modern geometric cut-out décolleté.

Intricate drapery cascades across your body to sculpt and enhance your best features, and the romantic draping continues in the off-the-shoulder bell sleeves. The whole look is completed with a pleated frill tulle skirt.
